Requirements & Qualifications

Membership in the P.I.S.A. organization is restricted to current law enforcement officers in good standing or a current employee of a government law enforcement agency.

• Networking with Mexican counterparts
• Location and extradition of wanted felons living in Mexico
• Assistance with testimony from Mexican Citizens
• A general understanding of Mexican Law
• Follow up on cases that extend beyond the U.S. border
• Location of U.S. stolen vehicles
• Familiarization with the treaty between the U.S. and Mexico on the return of stolen or embezzled vehicles and aircraft
• Invitation to bi-national law enforcement meetings
• Mexico Liaison contacts from all levels of law enforcement in the U.S
• Limited indirect access to Mexican NCIC system for Law Enforcement purposes
